Planning with other people

One link. Everyone answers. Nobody chases.

The hard part of a group trip is collecting six people's dates and food rules from a WhatsApp thread. Send one link instead.

How it goes

  1. 01

    You start the plan

Answer 4 questions. You get two links: a private one for you, a shared one for them. They never see your private plan.

  2. 02

    They answer in a minute

Paste the shared link in the group. 4 taps each. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.

  3. 03

You see it in one place

Who's in, who's out, what they picked, what to plan around. By name, on your plan page.

What your friends are asked

All of it. There is no fifth screen.

  • Are you in?

    I'm in · Maybe · Can't make it

  • What kind of trip — pick up to 2

    Offbeat Explorer · Culture & Heritage · Adventure & Outdoors · Relaxed & Slow · Beach & Sun · Foodie

  • Anything we must plan around

    Pure-veg · No pork · Elder-friendly pace · Kid-friendly

  • When can you go

    First half's tricky · Second half's tricky · Weekends only · I'm flexible

What their answers turn into

Not a spreadsheet. Each answer becomes a rule the plan follows, and the plan names who asked.

Overview

Priya & Rohan's Goa Long Weekend

20-23 Nov - 3 nights · 2 travellers

  1. No early starts

Nothing before 9:00am; long, slow mornings

  2. Local food over resort buffets

Every meal is a real local table with a pure-veg option on the same menu

  3. No long drives

Longest hop kept under 30 minutes across the weekend

What we never do to them

  • No account, no password, no email: the link is the whole thing.
  • No app. It opens in the browser WhatsApp uses.
  • No voting, no comments, no free text. 4 questions, done.
  • No guest sees another guest's answer.
  • We never ask a guest for a phone number or email.

You see each answer with a first name. Guests see only a summary, and only once 2 have answered, so nobody can tell who said what.

Start the plan, then send the link.

The draft is free: no card, no account, for you or for them.
