What if my plan turns out to be wrong?
We fix it free within 24 hours; if we can't, full refund and you keep the plan. "Wrong" means a stop that was closed for good, at the wrong address, well over its price band, or had wrong hours on the day we checked.
What if you miss the 24-hour delivery window?
Full refund, no questions, even if we deliver it later. Our own timestamps are the record.
Can I get a refund if I just don't like the plan?
For the first 12 hours after ordering, yes: cancel for any reason. After that, if nothing is factually wrong, your free revision is the fix, not a refund.
How verification works
How is this different from ChatGPT (or any AI trip planner)?
It starts the same way: a free AI draft in seconds. ChatGPT never checks its own answer, so a shut restaurant reads as confidently as an open one. In a paid DontPlanIt plan every place is checked by hand and dated.
Is "verified" really a person, or is that marketing language for a second AI pass?
Yes: Akshat and Akanksha, the two of us who built this. We check every plan ourselves: official pages, phone calls, and in person where we've been. Between us, five continents, 20-plus countries and every Indian state.
What does "checked" actually guarantee?
That on the stamped date the place existed, was where we said, and its hours and price were confirmed. It's a photo of a moment, not a promise about your travel dates. Confirm anything time-critical before you go.
Why should I trust a brand with zero reviews?
You're early, and we won't invent reviews. What you get instead: two names on every plan and a dated stamp on every stop, so you can check our work yourself.
What if my destination isn't covered?
Any destination works: the draft builds live, and we check almost anywhere. Depth varies. Places we've been get an in-person check; the rest, official pages and calls. If we can't check yours to our standard, we say so and refund in full within 12 hours.
Is this only for groups?
No. Solo and couple trips get the same checking, the same 24 hours, the same price. The group link is extra, not required.
Data & guests
What happens to my data?
Only what the plan needs: destination, dates, group, style, constraints, and your email if you give it. Deleted 12 months after delivery, or within 30 days on request. Never sold. No accounts, no passwords.
Do the people I'm travelling with need to sign up?
No. One link, no account, no password. They RSVP, pick a style and flag constraints. We read their answers and build around them. Nothing they tap changes your plan on its own.
